SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Our Processing time is 24-72hrs to prepare your order before shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped.
Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout.
Caring Hands Scrubs and Beyond will not be held responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped- late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays .
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package is not successfully deliver and is sent back to us you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4:30 p.m. EST, it will be shipped the following business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
If an item was ordered as a set, it must be returned as a set.
Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.
Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment or engraving your equipment.
Please allow 14 business days to process your return.
